Dr. J. Ryland Gwaltney was born and raised in Suffolk, Va. He’s proud to serve the area that has always been home. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, followed by his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
He stays on the pulse of modern dental technology to provide advanced, high-quality treatment to patients of all ages.
Dr. Ryland is a member of the American Dental Association, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Virginia Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Ryland likes hanging out with his three children, participating in community activities, and being outdoors.
